handlemedia was originally established in 1999 by Rich Moitié who had spent a number of years in the music industry before committing to the audio visual sector firstly as a cameraman and video editor and progressively developing his range of skills and experience. Rich attended a Manchester based Design school and North Staffordshire Polytechnic before providing Technical Projects Consultancy and management services to a number of North West based organisations.

handlemedia was created to give our clients the choice of a number of disciplines that includes: event production and production management, full project management, hi-resolution digital photography, hi-definition moving images, design projects as well as a brand new mobile multi-cam robotic hi-definition OB system. Rich has been at the forefront of a number of key events in recent years including National conferences both here in the UK and overseas, top awards shows, seminars, arena and stadium concerts, festivals, roadshows and tours as well as a host of other live events throughout the UK and abroad. handlemedia works with a team of proven professionals who cover all technical and design aspects of our industry to give our clients an unrivaled quality product, whatever and wherever the project, large or small.  

2009 see's a number of new projects undertaken as well as our already established client projects. These include Technical liaison at Glastonbury 2009, Event production management at the Grand National and technical project management to a number of key racecourses throughout the North of the UK. As well as these new projects handlemedia has been asked to provide the production for a large scale concert event  and a host of multi-camera concert projects using the brand new robotic OB system.
